Terms & Conditions

  1. This is a compilation of Rulings delivered by our Constitutional Courts, being High Courts and Supreme Court of India.
  2. The User are requested to verify the "case details" which is furnished.
  3. Please note that no liability of whatsoever nature is incurred on the premise that the "case details" furnished was incorrect / false or on alike nature. The User are only entitled to refund of their Rs.15/- which was paid, on showing that furnished "case details" are wrong.
  4. The fee for obtaining "case details" is Rs.15=00 (Rupees Fifteen Only).
  5. All communications and correspondence will be in English language only.
  6. The process for obtaining case details is:
    1. The User may, in the first place, identify the Legal proceeding, followed by "Issue" for which it is looking for Rulings.
    2. Then, thereafter, the User may scroll the Rulings that are projected at the subject Issue.
    3. The User may then obtain "case details" of the Ruling, in which it is interested. The "case details" comprises of (i) Name of the High court / Supreme court of India, (ii) Name of the parties, (iii) Date of Judgment.
    4. The service of providing "case details" are priced at Rs.15/- (Rupees Fifteen only).
    5. The User are required to furnish their functional Email Id and make payment of Rs.15/- by UPI or other means at the payment gateway.
    6. As soon as payment is made, the system will forthwith send the "case details" at such Email Id of the User.
    7. The transaction gets complete.
    8. It is expressly made clear that only "case details" as indicated above, will be furnished under the present services; and entire Judgment copy will not be furnished.
  7. In the event, the User claims that despite making payment, it has not received the Email containing "case details", the User may inform us at our Email: legal.melange@gmail.com with payment particulars. The issue will be resolved at the earliest and in maximum time of Five working days of receiving complaint.
  8. We are liable for Refund of Rs.15 only in case we have received money in our account but concerned file containing "case details" is not forwarded to the User. We are not liable to Refund in case money has not come to our account. In any such failed transaction, the User has to approach their respective Bank.
  9. If User has experienced failed transaction despite paying up Rs.15/-, the User is directed not to proceed for further transactions, till that failed transaction issue is resolved with us. And therefore it is made clear that No claim of more than Rs.15/- will be entertained from any User at any point of time.
  10. We are not liable for any Refund or any other liability whatsoever, for any failed transaction due to any disruption or interruption or any other event happening at payment page.
  11. The User is requested that before entering into transaction, to read privacy policy, refund policy, cancellation policy and shipping policy. The points spelled out in all these policies forms part and parcel of terms and conditions and acceptance of terms and conditions shall be considered as acceptance of points spelled out in all these policies.
  12. It is expressly agreed between the Service provider and the User that Courts at Mumbai shall have exclusive Jurisdiction to entertain disputes, if any arising between the parties; and No other Courts in India and outside India shall have jurisdiction in this behalf.
